OpenAI's examples are matching product photos to catalog entries, reading technical drawings, acting on application screens, and drafting text. It takes text and images and returns text; audio and video are not supported. The context window is 1,050,000 tokens, with at most 922,000 of input and 128,000 of output, and the knowledge cutoff is June 1, 2026. Tool calling requires the Responses API.
